To cancel or change an order, email hola@varaderovision.com with your order number. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.
Pre-Order (ships later) A pre-order reserves an item that is not yet in stock and ships on the estimated date shown at checkout. You may cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. Estimated ship dates can shift; if your date moves significantly, we will email you, and you may cancel for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies (10-day returns; prescription lenses are final sale).
Refunds Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Returns
We offer a 10-day return policy on stock frames and sunglasses — you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging (including the protective case), with proof of purchase.
