Varadero Vision LLC ("Varadero," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit varaderovision.com (the "Site") or make a purchase.

- Prescription information you submit for prescription eyewear (see "Your Prescription Information" below).

Payment information:
- Payments are processed by our payment providers through Shopify. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

- Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, including producing prescription lenses.
- Provide itemized invoices and customer support.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes in this Policy — including completing orders, meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolving disputes — after which we delete or anonymize it.

International Data Transfers

We operate in the United States, and our providers (including Shopify) may process and store data in the United States, Canada, and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
