To cancel or change an order, email hola@varaderovision.com with your order number. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.

Pre-Order (ships later)
A pre-order reserves an item that is not yet in stock and ships on the estimated date shown at checkout. You may cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. Estimated ship dates can shift; if your date moves significantly, we will email you, and you may cancel for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies (10-day returns; prescription lenses are final sale).

Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Watch & See is Varadero's most exclusive statement: a luxury Swiss timepiece paired with a handcrafted pair of Italian designer sunglasses, presented together as a single collector's set. Exclusively limited to 100 pieces.

The Timepiece: Swiss Made automatic movement, 26 jewels, deep blue sapphire sunburst dial, stainless steel case, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, genuine leather strap, water resistant to 100m.

The Eyewear: a handcrafted pair of Varadero Italian acetate sunglasses, made in Rome and chosen to complement the watch's blue sapphire dial. Supplied with a leather eyewear case.

Presentation: both pieces arrive together in a wooden presentation box.

A strictly limited collector's edition — only around 100 sets will ever be made.

Free UPS Ground shipping on every U.S. order (3–5 business days), with tracking and insurance included. Need it sooner? UPS 2nd Day Air ($19.99) or UPS Next Day Air ($29.99) at checkout. Orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Returns

We offer a 10-day return policy on stock frames and sunglasses — you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging (including the protective case), with proof of purchase.

Prescription (Rx) lenses are custom-made and final sale. To start a return, email hola@varaderovision.com.
